In a scathing critique, NYU professor and liberal podcast host Scott Galloway has laid bare what he sees as the Biden family's damaging hubris, arguing it cost Democrats the 2024 election and left a lasting scar on the nation. On his Pivot podcast, Galloway didn’t mince words, claiming former President Joe Biden’s insistence on anointing Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor—without a proper primary—set the stage for electoral disaster.

Galloway argued that Biden’s decision to endorse Harris just thirty minutes after bowing out of the race was a calculated move that stifled competition. “The narcissism of Biden and his family has severely damaged this country,” he said, pointing to the lack of an open primary that could have showcased stronger candidates to face Donald Trump. Other Democrats echo Galloway’s frustration.
