In a candid discussion on The People’s Cabinet podcast, Carville didn’t mince words, pointing out how the Democratic Party’s obsession with identity politics is leaving men—particularly working-class men—feeling sidelined and ignored.

Carville painted a vivid picture of the disconnect: a guy just wants to kick back with a cold beer, a burger, and a football game, but Democrats are quick to lecture, "No hamburgers! Too many calories! Swap that beer for a fruit spritzer!" It’s the kind of sanctimonious tone, he argues, that makes men feel like they don’t count, despite being nearly half the voting population. He also took aim at the party’s election rhetoric, which often fixates on suburban women or women-of-color uprisings, leaving men wondering if their voices even matter.
