Her emotional testimony, given on the 12th day of Diddy’s federal trial, could sway the jury as he faces charges carrying a potential life sentence.

Mia described a toxic and chaotic work environment, where Diddy’s mood swings dictated the atmosphere. She recounted harrowing incidents, alleging he raped her twice—once at his Los Angeles home and again during his 40th birthday celebration in New York. She also claimed Diddy threw objects like an ice bucket, spaghetti, and a computer at her, slammed her against walls, and once tossed her into a pool. "I couldn’t say no," Mia testified, describing Diddy’s iron grip over her life and career.

Legal expert Neama Rahmani called Mia’s testimony the most compelling yet, noting it corroborated earlier accounts while adding her own victimization. She alleged being paid $50,000 to work grueling days with little sleep, relying on Adderall to stay awake—a situation Rahmani described as forced labor tied to racketeering charges. Mia also claimed Diddy gave her MDMA and ketamine, dubbing her part of the "breakfast club," implicating him in drug trafficking.
