Gunther's WrestleMania 41 loss sparks chaos on WWE Raw as he attacks commentator Pat McAfee, leaving him unconscious and disrupting the broadcast after losing his title to Jey Uso.

Things went off the rails on "Monday Night Raw" as WWE's Gunther wasn't quite ready to let go of his WrestleMania 41 heartbreak. The Austrian powerhouse had just lost his World Heavyweight Championship to Jey Uso, and his frustration boiled over in spectacular style.

Gunther stormed ringside and zeroed in on commentator Michael Cole, getting right in his face and looking ready to lock in his signature submission. Just as things were about to get even messier, Pat McAfee—who's swapped NFL punting for WWE commentary—jumped in to play hero.

Turns out, that was a risky move. Gunther spun around and slapped a sleeper hold on McAfee, dropping him in seconds. McAfee's ESPN crew tried to leap the barricade to help out, but WWE security blocked their way. Gunther finally let go and stalked backstage, leaving McAfee out cold and off the rest of the broadcast. Joe Tessitore had to step in and finish the show.

Gunther's meltdown came after Jey Uso forced him to submit in one of the biggest upsets of the year. Uso was riding high after his win, soaking up the spotlight and declaring, "Welcome to the yeet era," to reporters. The new champ seemed ready for whatever came next, love or hate, and was more than happy to point out that he'd "dethroned the 'Ring General.'"

WrestleMania weekends are always wild, but Gunther's choke-out rampage takes post-match drama to a whole new level. Guess the party pooper found out what it feels like to have the confetti rain on him for once.
