JD Vance slams Newsom and Bass for endangering federal law enforcement in LA, accuses them of fueling anti-ICE riots and doxxing agents.

In a fiery speech in Los Angeles on Friday, Vice President JD Vance lambasted California’s Democratic leadership, accusing Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass of fostering a dangerous environment for federal law enforcement. Vance expressed outrage over reports that far-left activists are doxxing federal officers, exposing their names, addresses, and even family details to incite harassment and threats.

"It’s unconscionable," Vance declared, pointing to local leadership’s tacit approval of these actions. He described Border Patrol agents facing immediate obstruction from protesters—sometimes violent—within minutes of performing their duties, such as apprehending violent criminals who are undocumented. Vance pinned the blame squarely on Newsom and Bass, arguing their sanctuary city policies signal an "open season" on federal agents.

The Vice President’s remarks come amid escalating tensions in Los Angeles, where anti-ICE riots have prompted the Trump administration to deploy the National Guard and Marines. Newsom, a vocal critic of this move, called it "illegal and immoral" and filed a lawsuit to halt military involvement. While a district court initially sided with Newsom, the 9th Circuit Court overturned the ruling on Thursday, affirming the federal government’s authority to assist local law enforcement.

Vance seized on the court’s decision, calling it a validation of the administration’s efforts to restore order. "Newsom’s been screaming about ‘illegitimate’ federal intervention, but the courts just proved him wrong," he said. He emphasized that the administration’s stance is straightforward: enforce local laws and protect federal agents, or expect federal intervention to safeguard communities.

The Vice President painted a stark picture of the consequences of local inaction, accusing Newsom and Bass of encouraging lawlessness by undermining Border Patrol’s legitimacy. "When you cheer on rioters and vilify our agents, you’re not just obstructing justice—you’re endangering lives," he said. Despite the challenges, Vance praised the resilience of federal officers, calling them "heroes who persevere."

Looks like Newsom and Bass are playing a game of 'hide and seek' with law and order—too bad the feds aren’t in the mood for games! When you roll out the red carpet for rioters while doxxing agents, you’re not governing; you’re auditioning for chaos coordinator. Here’s a joke: Why did Newsom sue the National Guard? Because he thought ‘riot control’ was a new reality show he wasn’t invited to star in!
