Josh Allen Secures Historic $330M Deal with Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills have locked in their star quarterback, Josh Allen, with a six-year contract extension worth a staggering $330 million, including an unprecedented $250 million guaranteed. This deal, announced by the team on Sunday, cements Allen as the highest-paid quarterback in NFL history.

Allen’s new contract, which ties him to the Bills through the 2030 season, comes on the heels of his MVP-winning 2024 season. Only Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys earns more per year at $60 million.

Since being drafted seventh overall in 2018, Allen has transformed the Bills into a perennial powerhouse, leading them to six straight AFC East titles. His dual-threat capability has made him one of the most dynamic players in the league, with 65 rushing touchdowns and 195 passing touchdowns to his name. Notably, Allen has made significant strides in cutting down on interceptions, throwing just six in 2024—a career-best—compared to his high of 18 in 2023.

Buffalo hasn’t just stopped at securing Allen. The team has been busy locking down other key players, including edge rusher Greg Rousseau (four years, $80 million), wide receiver Khalil Shakir (four years, $53 million), and linebacker Terrel Bernard (four years, $50 million).
