Kagan Slams Trump Lawyer in Birthright Citizenship Clash: 'Every Court Rules Against You'

In a fiery Supreme Court showdown, Justice Elena Kagan tore into U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer over the Trump administration’s push to curb birthright citizenship.
