Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., didn't hold back on Friday, calling for Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to step down after what he described as a disastrous Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance. Apparently, things got so heated that Trump asked Zelenskyy to leave. Can you imagine?
"He either needs to resign and send somebody over that we can do business with, or he needs to change," Graham, a known advocate for Ukraine, told reporters at the White House.
The South Carolina Republican didn't mince words, labeling the Friday meeting a "complete utter disaster."

"I have never been more proud of the president. I was very proud of JD Vance standing up for our country," Graham stated, backing Trump's handling of the situation.
He went on to slam Zelenskyy's "disrespectful" behavior in the Oval Office, even suggesting, "I don't know if we can ever do business with Zelenskyy again." According to Graham, Americans might not see the Ukrainian president as someone they'd want to "go into business with" after this televised spat.

"The way he handled the meeting, the way he confronted the president was just over the top," Graham emphasized.
The senator stressed the vital importance of the Ukrainian-American relationship but questioned whether Zelenskyy could ever "do a deal with the United States" after this. "After what I saw, I don't know," Graham admitted.

In the aftermath of the public fallout between Zelenskyy, Trump, and Vance, Zelenskyy's speaking engagement at the Hudson Institute, scheduled for Friday afternoon, was abruptly canceled.
However, he's still scheduled to appear on Fox News' "Special Report" at 6 p.m. ET for an exclusive interview with Chief Political Anchor Bret Baier.

Following the Friday meeting, Zelenskyy posted on X, "Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit. Thank you @POTUS. Congress, and the American people. Ukraine needs just and lasting peace, and we are working exactly for that." Smooth move to try and smooth things over, Mr. President.
As of now, Zelenskyy hasn't responded to Graham's call for his resignation. A representative for Zelenskyy didn't immediately provide comment to Fox News Digital.

This whole situation sounds like a reality show gone wrong. World leaders need to remember they're dealing with global stability, not just personal egos.
