The bill, signed with flair by Trump on Friday, extends the 2017 tax cuts and introduces new breaks on tips, overtime pay, and senior incomes, which Johnson claims will put more money in the pockets of everyday Americans.

Promising a "big, beautiful" economic boost, Johnson teased two more bills to come within the next year—one by fall, another by spring. He dismissed Democratic critics like Rep. Ro Khanna and DNC Chair Ken Martin, who argue the bill favors the wealthy, as recycling "old, tired talking points."
