March Madness fever has officially taken over as the much-anticipated NCAA Tournament bracket is finally revealed. The 68 teams are set, and the excitement kicks off with the "First Four" games on Tuesday and Wednesday, paving the way for the first round on Thursday and Friday.
Auburn, despite stumbling in the SEC Tournament against Tennessee, clinched the coveted No. 1 overall seed in this year’s bracket. They’ll lead the South Region, while Duke (East), Houston (Midwest), and Florida (West) join them as the other top seeds. No pressure, right?
Before diving into the full matchups, the "First Four" games will determine which teams snag the No. 11 and No. 16 seeds in various regions. The East Region features a battle between American and Mount Saint Mary’s for the No. 16 seed. Over in the Midwest, Texas and Xavier will go head-to-head for the No. 11 seed.

For teams on the bubble, like Boise State, West Virginia, and UC Irvine, it was heartbreak city. Boise State couldn't seal the deal after falling to Colorado State in the Mountain West Conference final. West Virginia missed out after a tough loss to Houston in the Big 12 tournament. As for UC Irvine, their weak non-conference schedule left them out in the cold despite their strong season.
The madness is about to unfold, with dreams being chased and upsets looming around every corner. Can Auburn justify their No. 1 overall seed? Or will one of the underdogs steal the spotlight? Let the games begin!

Auburn snagging the No. 1 overall seed despite a stumble in the SEC Tournament is like acing a test after skipping the study session. Also, poor Boise State—losing to Colorado State twice in critical games is like dropping your ice cream cone twice in one day. March Madness never disappoints!
