Scottie Scheffler unveils his Texas-inspired menu for the 2025 Masters Champions Dinner, blending nostalgic favorites and new dishes to celebrate with past Masters winners.

Scottie Scheffler, the two-time Masters champion, has unveiled a Texas-inspired menu for this year's Champions Dinner. This annual tradition, held on the Tuesday before the tournament begins, allows the reigning champ to celebrate with past winners of the iconic Green Jacket. For Scheffler, it’s a chance to share his favorite flavors with a nostalgic twist.

The dinner, steeped in tradition and formally known as the "Masters Club" dinner, dates back to 1952, when Ben Hogan first hosted it to honor his 1951 win. It's an exclusive affair, attended solely by past Masters winners and the chairman of Augusta National Golf Club.

For 2025, Scheffler’s menu blends his Texas roots with some new surprises. Returning to the table are "Scottie-Style" cheeseburger sliders and firecracker shrimp, alongside a fresh addition, "Papa Scheff’s Meatball and Ravioli Bites." This playful nod to a Christmas dinner incident (that left Scheffler needing surgery) adds a touch of personal charm to the lineup.

The main course features steak and fish, accompanied by a Texas-style chili as the first course, replacing last year’s tortilla soup. And dessert? The crowd-favorite chocolate chip cookie skillet is back, but this time it’s paired with vanilla bean ice cream, swapping out the previous milk and cookies variant.

"It’s my favorite foods. Not too different, but with a bit more nostalgia," Scheffler shared during a press conference announcing the menu. "It should be a fun night, and I’m excited to see how the chefs at Augusta bring it to life."

The Masters Tournament kicks off on April 7, with golf enthusiasts keeping a close eye on Rory McIlroy, who is chasing his first win at Augusta National after securing four major titles elsewhere. A win here would complete his career Grand Slam.

I love how Scheffler’s menu mixes down-to-earth comfort food with a dash of personal history. 'Papa Scheff’s Meatball and Ravioli Bites'—who wouldn’t want a dish with a story attached? Also, can we take a moment to appreciate the audacity of steak, fish, chili, and a cookie skillet all in one meal? Augusta’s chefs better be on their A-game!
