Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Teddi Mellencamp is on the road to recovery after undergoing brain surgery on Feb. 11 to remove multiple tumors. Mellencamp had been experiencing debilitating headaches for weeks leading up to her hospitalization. In a recent update to her 1.1 million Instagram followers, she shared that the surgery was a "success," with doctors removing more tumors than initially anticipated—four in total. "I am so grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctor, and nurses who made my surgery a success and my recovery process comfortable," Mellencamp wrote. She also expressed gratitude for the support of her family and friends, acknowledging their role in helping her stay strong during this challenging time. "The laughter, support, and patience of my kids, my family, and my closest friends is one gift with which words cannot properly express my gratitude." Mellencamp's estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, also shared an update on social media, noting that the surgery went well but that Teddi was in a lot of pain. The couple, who share three children, are currently going through a divorce, which Mellencamp filed for in November 2024 after 13 years of marriage. In preparation for the surgery, the 43-year-old reality star shaved her head. She documented the moment on Instagram, saying, "I didn't have this look on my bucket list." Mellencamp also shared a quote from her father, John Mellencamp, who told her, "God only gives hard stuff to those of us who can handle it." Mellencamp is now moving on to the next steps in her treatment, with a continued outpouring of love and support from fans and loved ones.

Okay, so more tumors than expected? That's rough, but honestly, Mellencamp seems like she's handling it like a total boss. Shaving her head and quoting her dad? Total power move. Wishing her a speedy recovery!
