Adding fuel, Khan’s appearance on a podcast hosted by Stew Peters, known for antisemitic views, drew condemnation from Temple’s president, John Fry, who called it "appalling."
GiveSendGo’s co-founder, Jacob Wells, emphasized the platform’s commitment to verifying campaigns, noting that misrepresentations could lead to removal. Meanwhile, Temple has suspended two students, including Khan, as Philadelphia police continue their investigation. No charges have been filed.
