Texas doctor mocks liberal justices' dissent in Supreme Court ruling upholding Tennessee's ban on transgender treatments for minors.

In a landmark 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court upheld Tennessee's ban on transgender treatments for minors, sparking a fiery response from Dr. Eithan Haim, a Texas surgeon who exposed similar practices at Texas Children's Hospital. Haim, whose whistleblowing led to a now-dismissed Biden DOJ prosecution, unleashed a scathing critique of the liberal justices' dissent, calling their arguments "insane" and rooted in "anti-logic."

Justice Sonia Sotomayor's dissent argued the Tennessee law discriminates by allowing male adolescents access to certain medications while denying females similar treatments. Haim countered, "These treatments address diagnosable conditions to restore normal physiology, not to affirm identity." He likened the dissent's logic to refusing chemotherapy for someone who "identifies as having cancer" but is healthy.

Haim didn't hold back, accusing the dissenting justices of posing as "certified doctors" while defending puberty blockers, which he called "sheer medical lunacy." He mocked their reliance on debunked claims from the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), sarcastically noting, "It’s like trusting a voodoo witch doctor to fix a bleeding artery with a rabbit’s foot."

The surgeon also debunked the justices' claim that so-called "gender-affirming care" is a life-or-death matter, pointing out that even ACLU attorney Chase Strangio admitted during oral arguments it doesn't reduce suicide rates. "It’s like a judge declaring someone guilty of murder when the victim’s still alive," Haim quipped.

Haim's own saga began when he leaked documents revealing Texas Children's Hospital continued transgender procedures on minors despite claiming otherwise. This led to federal charges, dropped days after President Donald Trump's inauguration. "The government can’t touch him now," his attorney, Marcella Burke, declared, celebrating the dismissal.

While Haim hailed the Supreme Court’s ruling, he warned of a deeper issue: "Justices on our highest court are living in a fantasy-informed reality. That’s not a good state of affairs." His sharp critique underscores the contentious divide over transgender medicine and its implications for America's youth.

Dr. Haim’s takedown of the dissent is like watching a surgeon dissect a bad argument with a scalpel—precise and merciless. The justices’ logic is so shaky, it’s like they’re prescribing snake oil for a sprained ankle. But here’s the kicker: while they’re busy playing doctor, Haim’s out here exposing a hospital’s secret gender experiments. Talk about a plot twist even M. Night Shyamalan couldn’t dream up!
