Trump’s Qatar visit features camel parade, Cybertrucks, and Boeing deals, following $600B Saudi agreements.
President Donald Trump landed in Qatar on Wednesday, greeted by a surreal spectacle: dozens of camels, saddled and parading, alongside red Tesla Cybertrucks and men on horseback escorting his motorcade from Doha’s airport to the Amiri Diwan, the heart of Qatar’s government. The camels, a nod to Qatari tradition, stole the show, prompting Trump to quip, "We appreciate those camels. I haven’t seen camels like that in a long time."
In Doha, Trump met with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, signing a slew of agreements, including a major deal for Qatar to purchase Boeing aircraft and commitments for U.S.-Qatar cooperation. The visit, part of Trump’s four-day Middle East tour, also included a Qatari State Dinner, blending diplomacy with cultural flair.
This follows Trump’s stop in Saudi Arabia, where he inked a $600 billion economic partnership spanning energy, defense, mining, and space, promising two million U.S. jobs. The Saudis rolled out their own extravagance, with fighter jets escorting Air Force One and a mobile McDonald’s catering to Trump’s fast-food penchant.
From camels to Cybertrucks, the Middle East is pulling out all the stops for Trump’s visit, blending tradition, tech, and high-stakes deals in a whirlwind of diplomacy.

Camels and Cybertrucks in one parade? Sounds like Trump’s motorcade got stuck between a desert caravan and an Elon Musk fever dream. And that mobile McDonald’s in Riyadh? Bet the Saudis are flipping burgers to seal that $600 billion deal!
