Vanna White Gets Her First Tattoo, Courtesy of Daughter Gigi

Vanna White has officially crossed "getting a tattoo" off her bucket list, and she got it done by none other than her own daughter. The beloved "Wheel of Fortune" co-host, 68, shared a behind-the-scenes moment on Instagram, revealing her visit to Lincoln Tattoo Company in Venice, California, where her daughter, 28-year-old tattoo artist Giovanna "Gigi" Santo Pietro, gave her her very first ink.

Before the tattoo session began, White was quick to clarify, "She's not making me do this. It's my choice," as she walked into the shop hand-in-hand with Gigi. The choice of tattoo? A heart on her wrist, symbolizing a constant reminder of her daughter. "I can look at it every day and think of you," she explained to Gigi in the video.

White confessed to feeling a bit jittery during the process. "I'm shaking," she admitted while choosing the perfect shade of pink for the heart outline, opting for a tone with "a little salmon in it too." However, once the needle hit her skin, the nerves seemed to vanish. "I don’t feel anything," she mouthed to the camera, laughing at her earlier apprehension. "I've been wanting to do this for a really long time. I really have. I'm so happy," she said, beaming with pride.

When it was all over, White admired the tattoo, calling it "perfect" and exactly what she had envisioned. In her Instagram caption, she wrote, "I will think of her every time I look at it." Her fellow "Wheel of Fortune" co-host, Ryan Seacrest, chimed in on the post, commenting, "Love it. Now this is making me want one…"

White shares Gigi and her son, Nikko, 30, with her ex-husband George Santo Pietro. Interestingly, Nikko has been making waves himself after a viral Instagram video featuring him cooking with White late last year. On a recent episode of "Wheel of Fortune", White spoke about the unexpected attention the video received. "I recently posted a video of me and my son, Nikko, cooking, and it got a lot of response. I don’t get it," she said, looking genuinely puzzled.

Seacrest, ever the entertainer, stepped in to explain. "The kids are calling Nikko a thirst trap," he joked, adding that the snug white shirt Nikko wore in the video "looked like it came from the Baby Gap." Some fans clearly agreed, flooding the comments with praise like, "Your son is hot!!!" and "Vanna, where have you been hiding Nikko? He’s GORGEOUS."

Nikko, for his part, has taken the newfound "heartthrob" status in stride. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he called the attention "flattering" but emphasized the importance of staying grounded. "I love it all, but at the same time, it’s really good to remember the meaningful things in life," he said, noting his commitment to charity work and hard work in general.
