WrestleMania 41 delivered historic moments, including John Cena's record 17th WWE title, four new champions, surprise debuts, and unforgettable matches at Allegiant Stadium.
WrestleMania 41 wrapped up its second night with a flurry of history-making moments and more than a few jaw-dropping surprises.
Fans were treated to four brand-new champions being crowned, while one superstar managed to hold on to their gold in a sea of fierce competition. For some, this night will probably play on a loop in their heads for years to come.
The marquee showdown saw John Cena step into the ring against Cody Rhodes. With the world watching, Cena didn’t just win – he made history, capturing his 17th WWE championship and officially breaking Ric Flair’s long-standing record. Turns out, using every trick in the book really does pay off when the stakes are sky-high.
The night kicked off with an absolute classic as Iyo Sky unleashed her signature aerial attacks against Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. Sky showed why she’s on top, pinning Belair to keep her championship and proving some people really can fly – at least for a few seconds at a time.
Elsewhere, Drew McIntyre delivered on his revenge promise against Damian Priest, putting Priest through two tables before finishing things with a brutal Claymore. It was a match that made you wince and cheer at the same time.
Dominik Mysterio pulled off a stunner, pinning Finn Balor to claim the Intercontinental Championship. His win sent shockwaves through the Judgment Day stable, and probably left Balor wondering if he’d just woken up in an alternate universe.
For those who love a dramatic debut, Joe Hendry answered Randy Orton’s open challenge. The TNA champ got a crash course in why Orton is called the "Legend Killer" – and let’s just say, that nickname didn’t get retired tonight.
Logan Paul made sure social media had something to talk about, toppling A.J. Styles after some chaos outside the ring involving Karrion Kross. Styles turned down an offer to use brass knuckles, and that decision cost him dearly when Paul hit the Paulverizer for the win.
Perhaps the loudest pop of the night came with Becky Lynch’s return to action. Teaming up with Lyra Valkyria, Lynch helped secure tag-team gold against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Valkyria also became a double champion in her first WrestleMania appearance. Not a bad way to say hello to the big stage!
It was a night stacked with epic moments, but none bigger than Cena’s record-setting win. Love him or hate him, Cena just cemented his legend status forever at Allegiant Stadium.
