An anonymous Jeffrey Epstein accuser has withdrawn her sex trafficking lawsuit against Henry Jarecki, recanting allegations and confirming her relationship with Jarecki was consensual and voluntary.
An anonymous Jeffrey Epstein accuser has officially withdrawn her sex trafficking lawsuit against Henry Jarecki, the Moviefone co-founder and prominent psychiatrist. The woman, referred to as Jane Doe 11 in court documents, had previously accused Jarecki of sexual slavery and other serious crimes.
In a statement shared through her attorney, Doe explained, "Since filing my anonymous complaint, I have reviewed the history and evidence of my relationship with Dr. Jarecki, which was many years ago, and have now come to the conclusion that he did not mean me any harm. I was never a patient of his, and I traveled with him voluntarily." She added, "I also now recognize I was not referred to Dr. Jarecki by Jeffrey Epstein. Accordingly, I have withdrawn my complaint and will have no further comment on the matter."
Legal records reveal that the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice last Friday in New York's Southern District Court, ensuring the accusations cannot be revived. Jarecki, now in his 90s, has maintained his innocence from the outset, calling the allegations "demonstrably untrue." The longtime Yale professor, billionaire metals trader, and author had been accused of raping Doe at his Gramercy Park home, allegedly following a referral by Epstein.
In June, when the lawsuit was filed, Jarecki stated, "False accusations have been made against me by lawyers seeking money on behalf of a woman with whom I had a consensual, non-secretive, and mutually respectful relationship over a decade ago, when she was a successful professional in her late 20s. I have never engaged in any abusive conduct with her or anyone else." He vowed to contest the claims "in the appropriate forum."
Doe, a former model, initially alleged in the now-dropped lawsuit that Epstein sexually abused her and referred her to Jarecki for mental health treatment. She further claimed Jarecki took control of her life completely between 2011 and 2014, treating her as a modern-day sex slave. The accusations included disturbing details of her alleged captivity, which she has since recanted.
Jarecki’s legal team has yet to provide a comment on the dismissal.

Well, this sudden reversal is certainly eyebrow-raising. It’s not every day you see such explosive claims evaporate overnight, especially in a case tied to the shadowy legacy of Jeffrey Epstein. One has to wonder how much the 'review of history and evidence' was influenced by other factors—legal pressure, fear, or perhaps a genuine reevaluation. Either way, Jarecki’s reputation, which was on the verge of being dragged through the mud, seems to have dodged a bullet here.
