America is in the midst of a health crisis, but some believe the tide could turn with the right leadership and initiatives. Human biologist and self-proclaimed ‘biohacker’ Gary Brecka shared his optimism about the future on Lara Trump’s show, "My View," emphasizing the importance of the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement. According to Brecka, this initiative targets the root causes of health problems and could reshape the nation's approach to wellness.
Brecka didn’t hold back in expressing his admiration for MAHA, which he believes addresses critical issues like improving public school physical education programs and removing processed foods from children’s diets. "We just have to get back to what God gave us, not what man makes us," he said, adding that it’s heartening to see people from all walks of life uniting over children’s health and well-being. He found it "odd" that anyone could oppose such a movement. Honestly, I’m with him on this one—who could argue against kids thriving?
He also highlighted the potential role of Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in championing these changes. "This whole MAHA movement is about getting to the root causes," Brecka explained. He described Kennedy Jr. as the ideal figure to take control of this narrative, one that Americans seem increasingly ready to embrace.
The conversation didn’t stop at traditional health measures. Brecka also touched on the role of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, in extending human longevity. "There’s no question that artificial intelligence, big data, and early detection are the greatest three inventions in terms of the longevity of humanity," he said. He went on to predict a future where living to 120—or even 140—years old could become a choice for those alive in the next five years. Bold, right? But hey, with the pace of technological advancements, who knows?
The MAHA movement, combined with these technological innovations, offers a vision of a healthier and longer life for humanity. If Brecka’s predictions hold even a shred of truth, we could be on the brink of a transformative era in health and wellness.

It’s refreshing to see someone like Gary Brecka not only highlight the glaring issues in America’s health system but also offer actionable steps to address them. His confidence in AI and longevity tech might sound sci-fi to some, but it’s a reminder that the future of health could be closer than we think. And seriously, can we all agree that better school P.E. and less junk food for kids should be no-brainers?
