Berry, a seasoned traveler with over 500,000 miles on Delta, posted her dismay on X and TikTok, stating, “I’ve never seen roaches on a plane in my life.” The airline offered her a voucher, but it did little to sway her resolve to avoid Spirit in the future. Spirit Airlines responded, claiming their maintenance team inspected the aircraft and addressed the issue, emphasizing their high standards of cleanliness.
